ERTCU Travel Group is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our Canadian division. Are you passionate about the outdoors, camping, and RV travel? Keep reading!

Who we are

ERTCU Travel Group (En Route Travel Canada and En Route Travel USA) was founded in 2016 when two outdoor enthusiasts decided to turn their passion for Canada and in-depth RV industry knowledge into a receptive tour operator company. We specialize in self-guided, pre-booked RV itineraries for the adventurous traveller wanting to explore all that Canada and Western USA have to offer. We work exclusively B2B with tour operators, the majority of whom are European.

Our En Route team is an all-remote group spread across multiple time zones, so we can react to the tour operators’ and travellers’ needs as soon as possible while we all work from the comfort of our homes.

  • We are experts: our entire team comprises RV travel and tourism experts with extensive experience. Maintaining high-quality standards is pivotal for our success.
  • We act with urgency: we respond to requests as quickly as possible. Because when we do, we can create the most value for tour operators, travellers, and ourselves.
  • We collaborate: our culture embodies openness, a no-drama atmosphere, honesty, transparency, and friendliness.  We celebrate clear communication, effort, and teamwork. We use Teams and MS Office for internal team communication and video calls.
  • We are flexible: more flexibility and no commute. We adjust our schedules as needed, which greatly enhances our work-life balance.
  • Our entire team is originally from Europe (the Netherlands and Germany) and has been living in Canada and the US for many years.
